The area around my home near Vicenza, Italy, is full of historic little treasures such as the Villa Godi-Malinverni. Built in 1542, it was the first Villas of the Veneto by Andrea Palladio, the most prominent architect in the history of the Republic of Venice.
Shot of the main entrance from inside the Villa, taken last summer on a Sunday afternoon impromptu visit with friends.
